The Dalia FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading vessel), shall be built in Goeje, South Korea by Samsung Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries. The FPSO shall have hull dimensions of 300m in length, 60m in breadth and 32m of height.

On the hull a 29,400t of topsides shall be constructed. The topsides shall have two processing trains to separate out gas and water and to heat the crude. It shall have a water injection capacity of 405,000 bpd, a water treatment capacity of 265,000bpd, a gas compression capacity of 8mscf per day and a total storage capacity of 2,000,000 barrels.  The living quarters shall normally accommodate up to 120 people with the capability to accommodate an additional 70 people during shut-downs.

The structure has a design working life of 20 years and will be anchored in 1300 meters of water offshore Angola. First oil from Dalia is scheduled for mid 2006.
